An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CRM Database Manager to join MAF UK leading on the ongoing implementation, management and development of the CRM in collaboration with key stakeholders and teams (including using Microsoft Dynamics 365).

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, the CRM Database Manager will be an experienced database manager with proven skills in leading our strategic transformation of the CRM database to enable the optimization of our supporter communications.

Responsible for overseeing the collection, maintenance and analysis of data, seeking out the most efficient and effective methods of recording, organising and implementing data, that fully supports organisational processes and all future innovation strategies and initiates.

The successful candidate will be an outstanding communicator and influencer, who can translate technical systems requirements into jargon free, implementable solutions and user training that maximises CRM functionality and regulation compliance.

Salary: The salary for this role full time is £39,500 per annum.  

Terms: Full time - 36 hours per week.  MAF UK provides a non-contributory pension scheme for staff of 10% salary on joining. The full-time annual leave entitlement is 22 days per year plus the 8-statutory paid public holidays per year, plus additional paid leave given by MAF UK for the Christmas and New Year office closure.

Location: Folkestone, Kent

Assistant Manager (MAF in the Community)

  • Are you able to develop and grow an awareness of MAF to residents in Ireland?

Our community events and activities are vitally important to us and we are seeking a full time Assistant Manager to join the MAF in the Community (MIC) team based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire to help execute an incredible programme of awareness raising events.

Working closely with the Head of MAF in the Community, the Assistant Manager will be a hands-on, practical event and volunteers’ manager who can organise and deliver events, motivate and inspire volunteers, connect with our head office and deliver an annual programme of activities.

The successful applicant will be an inspiring communicator, influencer and public speaker, passionate about the work of MAF with a strong ability to plan, organise and prioritise projects or events.  You will also have specific responsibility for the management of the MIC Volunteer team in Northern and the Republic of Ireland.

Regular travel to Ireland and the head office, a driving licence and work outside of normal office hours will be required.

MAF UK are seeking a full time Recruitment Officer whose specific remit is to attract, engage and recruit candidates for overseas service.  This is an outward facing role and the successful applicant will be involved in organising recruitment events, attending Christian festivals and building strong relationships and networks with individuals, Christian Colleges and Unions both face to face and digitally. 

To excel in this role, you will need to be a relationship builder and influencer, passionate about engaging with individuals about overseas service with MAF and journeying with them through to deployment.  The role requires you to demonstrate significant initiative and tenacity to project manage successful events as well as strong relationship management skills to ensure the success of our International Recruitment Strategy.

Based in Folkestone, Kent this role involves regular travel across the UK including weekend work and potential overnight stays during the week, a driving licence and work outside of normal office hours will be required.
