MAF’s Global Week of Prayer is back!
Our programmes across the nations are joining together in prayer for MAF, our partners and those we serve, and you are invited to join us from the comfort of your own home.
2020 hasn’t been the sort of year many of us expected. The coronavirus has caused national and global lockdown, with people throughout the world experiencing enforced isolation, economic challenge and fear of the unknown. The ongoing death toll is devastating.
I am sure you will agree that prayer – now more than ever – is necessary, as we lean into God for healing, restoration, peace, provision and protection.
We know that, despite all that is going on, something of Heaven is released when we approach God’s throne with thankfulness.
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 reminds us, ‘Always be joyful. Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus’ (NLT).
It is your prayers that ‘fuel’ our work. We are so thankful for every faithful prayer that is said for MAF and those we serve.
Why not sign up now to receive your copy of the special edition prayer diary that will inform your prayers as you pray with us for this nation and for the nations of the world?
Another way you can get involved is to book a slot on our online prayer calendar, where you can register your commitment to pray for 30-60 minutes at some point during the 8 days of the global week of prayer. You can do this here.
Make sure you check out the MAF Facebook page during the week of prayer for latest updates and prayer reminders.
