Our mission at MAF has always been to overcome the barriers that isolate people from each other.
In spite of the coronavirus outbreak, we’ve continued our mission. It's why we're here, as shown in the short video above.
In Liberia, we're supporting the government's response to containing coronavirus, pictured above. Liberia’s Ministry of Health requested the help of MAF to fly a suspected coronavirus patient's test from Zwedru - a remote town near the Ivory Coast border to the east of the country.
In Tanzania, we’re flying safaris to remote communities so that pregnant mothers can still receive regular check-ups.
In Australia, our outstanding Mareeba engineering team has designed a protective shield to prevent infection among staff in the local hospital!
We’re still flying for life – reaching the men, women and children in dire need of help, hope and healing.
But only because we still have your support.
Please give whatever you can so that we can fly wherever we’re needed… whenever we’re needed.
All funds received will help fuel regular MAF flights and coronavirus response flights, as needs dictate.
Our programmes have been responding to coronavirus around the world, assisting governments and NGOs where they operate: read more.
