Flying in Uganda… to serve South Sudan!

The recent refugee exodus from South Sudan means that regular flights from our aircraft in Uganda are helping organisations like CRESS serve the people in the vast Imvepi settlement.

This Giving Tuesday your gift will help the people of South Sudan rebuild their lives following years of conflict.

While the MAF South Sudan programme continues to work tirelessly to meet the needs of that impoverished nation, we are also serving a significant number of men, women and children who are currently in exile.

The neighbouring country of Uganda has opened its arms to over a million refugees – the majority of them having left their impoverished land in desperate need of safety and sustenance.

The short video above was filmed a week ago by MAF UK staff who visited partner organisation CRESS and the women it is helping to grow extra food in Imvepi.

Spend a moment watching this video to see where some of the money raised today will go. See for yourself what you can achieve with a gift on Giving Tuesday – thanks to several generous MAF supporters, the first £50,000 we receive from you will be doubled automatically!

MAF Giving Tuesday 2018

Please help the people of South Sudan this Giving Tuesday

Our work in South Sudan is still of paramount importance. The story and video of little Imanya – the girl with no feet who is now walking to school – will amaze you.

Please make a gift now if you’d like to keep us flying for life

MAF and its partners are committed to the people of South Sudan. We will continue working together with relief and mission organisations to bring help, hope and healing to them for as long as our supporters stand with us.

This is a partnership to transform the people of the world’s youngest country, many of whom live in exile across the border in Uganda. Please make a Giving Tuesday donation if you feel you can help people like those you’ve seen in our videos.

We wish you a blessed Christmas and a wonderful New Year!
