Head of Major Gifts, based in Folkestone

Mission Aviation Fellowship is a worldwide Christian charity operating 125 light aircraft in over 30 countries to transport patients, relief workers, produce, medical supplies and Christian Workers in the world’s remotest regions and places of deepest human need - Places where flying is not a luxury but a lifeline.
The difference that MAF is making is proving to be highly attractive to a range of major donor individuals and institutions. The purpose of this role will be to develop these relationships and significantly expand MAF’s ability to win a wide variety of fundraising opportunities.
As this role is pivotal to MAF’s funding it will be part of the small Senior Leadership Team contributing to the strategic direction of the organisation and will report to the Chief Executive. You will have outstanding interpersonal skills with experience in fundraising or relationship management with the ability to inspire and lead a small team.

Major Donor Team Administrator, based in Folkestone
Salary £20,000
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, enthusiastic individual to work in our ambitious and growing major donor team.
The successful candidate must have experience of working in a professional environment supporting senior level staff, and must be able to demonstrate an efficient, flexible, positive, analytical and mature approach to reflect the nature of the work involved.
It is essential that the successful candidate has proven written skills, is a confident communicator, and has the ability to work on his/her own initiative, as well as be a proactive part of the team. Previous experience of working as a PA or Senior Administrator would be beneficial.

Head of MAF Scotland, based in Glasgow
Salary: circa £35,000
We are looking for a senior manager who has proven experience in strategic planning, people and financial management. The aim of this role is to raise the awareness of MAF in Scotland in order to increase prayer support, donated income and new staff to serve overseas. MAF UK has put in place a new strategic plan and this role will aim to implement a strategy for growth in communications with Scottish supporters.
This full-time role will be based at our office in Glasgow, though flexibility for work and travel will be required.
