Pilots

The role of MAF Pilot incorporates conducting safe and efficient mission flights, caring for customers and their needs, and faithfully presenting MAF to the public.

Day to day work includes carrying out flight operations in all weather conditions according to MAF and Civil Aviation Authority Standards, anticipating and solving problems, safe transport and consideration of medical patients, negotiating reasonable expectations with customers, developing and building relationships.

Pilots must also manage training and development needs, planning and prioritising of work and demonstrating a Christian witness. Pilots are accountable to the Operations Manager for work performance and the Chief Pilot for safe conduct of flights.
