Day to day activities for a Programme Manager include agreeing MAF’s provision of services to partner organisations, building relationships with government or local officials, strategic planning, communicating vision, strategic direction, plans and policies, anticipating and solving problems, setting objectives, promoting team work, providing support, demonstrating a Christian witness, managing the work environment and caring for staff.
The role of an
Operations Director involves organising work in order to best meet customer needs, building relationships with government or local officials and partners or potential partners, communicating vision and strategic directions, setting objectives, negotiating with customers, seeking to improve efficiency, conducting flight operations in accordance with MAF and Civil Aviation Authority Standards, promoting team work, caring for staff and managing training and development needs and Christian witness.
An MAF Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial resources and determining resourcing implications of plans, seeking to improve efficiency, anticipating and solving problems, planning and prioritising work, organising work to meet customer needs, reporting, setting objectives, communicating with customers, partners and the team, promoting team work and maintaining a Christian witness.
IT Managers with MAF are involved day to day in delivering information technology services, system and software engineering, anticipating and solving problems, seeking to improve effectiveness, managing training and development, keeping up to date with technical developments, communicating with customers and stakeholders, writing documentation, promoting team working and maintaining a Christian witness.
