Flights in partnership with mission hospitals provide mother and child healthcare, helping to reduce infant mortality rates and protect children through vaccination programmes.
In Bangladesh, where one third of the total area is covered in water, MAF’s amphibious aircraft brings medical aid and personnel to over 200 water sites, including two floating hospitals.

Suffering from life-threatening cerebral malaria, Jaffer Samir was critically ill in Tanzania – one of his kidneys had already failed. A 2.5 hour MAF flight to a hospital 420 miles away saved his life.
