The MAF Roadshow consists of a full size Cessna aircraft display. Sit inside and imagine yourself flying over jungles and swamps. Then visit the MAF trailer and fly a plane on the simulator or visit the cinema and relax in the authentic aircraft seats as you watch a short film of the worldwide work of MAF.
Prayer for Sudan
You may be aware that 2010 is a crucial year for Sudan. This is the last year before the referendum takes place when the south will vote whether to remain part of the north or whether to separate. Whilst Sudan is officially at peace, there remain strong pockets of violence and insecurity across the land.
MAF has a long history of involvement in Sudan and is therefore keen to uphold the nation in prayer and to that end we will be hosting a series of special prayer meetings.
Many are saying, this year is crucial as to whether Sudan remains at peace or war begins… again. Therefore, we are encouraging our Supporters to join with us in praying for Sudan as the Referendum in early 2011 approaches.

MAF’s belief is that ‘God has placed us in Sudan and provided permissions and other resources to fly into the country “for such a time as this.”
Successful Community Concert
The Community Concert that took place on Saturday 24th April, organised by Michael Foad of Folkestone URC Church was a big success.
Our Area Representative, Barry Langford found it very entertaining and the concert raised a total of £767.85 to support the work of MAF in Haiti.
We would like to thank Michael and the wonderful team of volunteers, singers and musicians from the local community who gave their time and raised such a fantastic amount.
