Engineers

The role of MAF Engineer incorporates performing aircraft maintenance in accordance with appropriate standards and practices and presenting MAF to the public.

Day to day work includes carrying out maintenance and repair in accordance with required regulations and procedures, promoting safe working practices, anticipating and troubleshooting problems, using diagnosis tools, certifying work, developing and building relationships, and seeking to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Engineers must also manage training and development needs, planning and demonstrating a Christian witness.

Engineers are accountable to the Chief Engineer for work performance and to the Chief Inspector for standards.
